Matt Brice is the North America Telecom Technical Marketing Senior Manager at Prysmian Group, the global leader in optical fiber and cable solutions. Based out of Highland Heights, Kentucky, Brice plays a central role in advancing fiber deployment strategies across North America, with a focus on product innovation, market development, and customer enablement.
In his current role, Matt supports the full broadband ecosystem—from service providers and integrators to utilities and emerging edge compute operators—helping them evaluate, design, and deploy high performance fiber networks. He works closely with Prysmian’s application engineering, product management, and manufacturing teams to translate technical requirements into practical, scalable solutions for real world builds. His recent work includes supporting next generation loose tube and high density ribbon platforms, contributing to middle mile initiatives, and collaborating on new testing infrastructure to improve jetting and installation performance.
Matt Brice also serves the industry through active participation in key Fiber Broadband Association committees, including as the Vice Chair for the Supply Chain Committee. His committee work reflects a commitment to strengthening domestic broadband resiliency and accelerating deployment readiness across the industry.
During his prior experience in distribution for 15 years, he supported complex installations across multifamily, campus, and municipal environments. Matt brought a practical and customer centric perspective to MDU deployment challenges. His expertise spans product selection, pathway considerations, bend performance requirements, scalability planning, and navigating the unique constraints inherent to existing structure builds.
