We want the conference to have a professional, yet relaxed atmosphere. You are encouraged to bring floor standing radius displays or tabletop exhibits that will fit into your exhibit space. Each 10' deep x 10' wide exhibit space will have an 8' high background drape and a 3' high side divider drape and will include an exhibitor name sign. The exhibit area is carpeted. The drape colors are blue and white.

Business casual attire is appropriate for most of the conference. Work-appropriate jeans are acceptable. Jeans should be free of holes, tears or fraying and not distressed or cut off. Exhibitors are encouraged to wear their company-logoed shirts while working in their booths. Jeans and shorts are acceptable at the Friday night hospitality event.
Graybar delegates will attend the exhibits on Friday and Saturday. We currently have 250 delegates registered - including sales reps, account managers, and branch managers. In addition, we will have corporate and all-district management (district vice presidents and directors of sales) in attendance.
Three exhibitor registrations are included with each 10 x 10 booth space purchased. Additional attendees are available for $300 each, to be billed after the conference. All exhibitors must pre-register and have an exhibitor badge to enter the exhibit hall at any time. Registrations must be entered online by March 30, 2026, so we can print them in advance and have them ready for your team when they arrive onsite. No on-site registrations will be issued. However, badge replacements for pre-registered attendees will be available on-site. Please note that exhibitor badges are not required for personnel who only need access to the show floor during move-in and move-out hours. Wristbands will be provided for employees or EACs to gain access to the show floor. Wristbands may be obtained at the dock service desk.
Lead retrieval rentals will not be available at the National Training Conference in Denver, CO . Excel files of the attendees will be provided as we get closer.
Giveaways or raffle prizes to attract guests to your exhibit are allowed. Amplified presentations are prohibited. Exhibitors who are too loud or create too much disruption will be asked to maintain a normal sound level so that their neighbors may be able to hold conversations. All presentations should be limited to 10 minutes. Cameras are not allowed on the show floor. However, exhibitors may photograph their own exhibits. Graybar is exempt from this rule. Videotaping of your exhibit or in your exhibit cannot be conducted at any time without the written permission of the Corporate Events Team at least ten days before the show. Please be aware of fire regulations regarding show aisles. Photographers are not allowed to block aisles with tripods or electrical cables during show hours, as this is a safety hazard.
Exhibitors are invited to join the Graybar delegates on Thursday and Friday evening for dinner. Stay tuned for more details.
