Make hotel reservations for all your attending Personnel ASAP, as the reservation cutoff date is September 25. Make your reservations online to receive the correct rate of $279 single/double.

Register all your booth personnel with the Corporate Events Team by September 25. The registration form is on-line

Exhibits - Did you order:

Have you ordered carpet or flooring?  Flooring is manditory for all booths!

Electricity

Drayage (This gets your boxes, skids, etc.) from the dock to your booth, your empty boxes stored and returned at teardown.

Furniture (do you need tables or chairs in your booth?)

Booth Cleaning (do you want your booth vacuumed before the show or each day before the show opens?)

Labor to set up or teardown your booth?

Payment Information - did you fill out the payment forms so there is a credit card on file?

It's possible that not all services will be provided by the general decorator. Please double-check that you are sending your order forms to the correct service providers.

Do you set up or teardown your booth? Schedule your freight to arrive at the advance warehouse by October 12? Direct shipments to the hotel may only arrive beginning October 21. Advance warehouse shipments are delivered to your booth first.
