Shipping Information
It is the responsibility of the exhibiting company to arrange any and all shipments to the LVE warehouse or the convention facility.
All shipments are to be labeled as follows:
Warehouse Receiving (Advance Warehouse)
Shipments must arrive at the warehouse no later than October 12, 2026. Shipments arriving after that date will be received; however, additional charges per the attached rate sheet will be incurred. Warehouse receiving hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 3:30 pm. Shipments arriving outside of those hours will incur additional charges per the attached rate sheet.
DO NOT SHIP YOUR MATERIAL TO THE FACILITY PRIOR TO THE ASSIGNED DATE.

Shipments directed to the show site can only arrive at the facility beginning on October 21, 2026. LVE is not responsible for loss or damages for shipments delivered to the facility before that date.
Items shipped directly to the show site and handled by LVE personnel will be charged drayage per the rate sheet attached.

Facility Shipping (Direct to Show Site)
NOTE: Any items left on the show floor will be brought back to the LVE warehouse. Additional charges will be incurred or re-routed with LVE's designated carrier. By shipping your products to LVE and/or the Facility, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the Limits of Liability section of the exhibitor kit.
