In his 24th year at Lutron Electronics, Ethan has broad experience with the design, development, deployment, application, and sales of commercial lighting control equipment. Having been on the forefront of LED lighting since 2010, he has been an industry speaker and author around the performance, dimming compatibility, and standards around LED lighting.
He is also involved in management roles within the USNC/IEC, helping shape the involvement of the US standards industry globally.Ethan’s history with Lutron enables him to train others on how to upgrade aging lighting control systems and light fixtures to modern, code-compliant, and energy-efficient systems with minimal infrastructure changes. Currently, Ethan is on Lutron’s Commercial Product Management team, with responsibility for Lutron’s design and quoting tools.
